SENIOR Officers
Wayne-Kent A. Bradshaw is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadway Federal Bank. Mr. Bradshaw has over thirty-eight years of experience in financial management and banking. He served as President/Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles based Family Savings Bank from 1989 until 2002. He also served as Regional President and National Manager of the Community and External Affairs activities at Washington Mutual. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Bradshaw previously served on the boards of Northridge Hospital Medical Center, California Community Reinvestment Corporation, CA Bankers Association, Federal Reserve Board Consumer Advisory Council, Workforce Investment Board, Los Angeles Urban League, and Community Build.
Norman "Sandy" Bellefeuille is the Chief Loan Office/SVP of Broadway Federal Bank, effective July 2, 2012. Bellefeuille is a thirty-five year banking industry veteran, specializing in lending and real estate. He has managed diversified, small and large loan portfolios through both economic expansions and recessions. With a commitment to technology and efficiency, he is a profit oriented manager recognized for his ability to successfully create and implement new products and efficient delivery systems. Bellefeuille has effected significant reductions in operating expenses and loan delinquency, while increasing loan productivity.
Bellefeuille has been active in the community, including the American Heart Association, the Redlands YMCA, and the Redlands Area United Way.
Paul C. Hudson is the Director of the bank. Mr. Hudson joined the Bank in 1981, was elected to the Board of Directors in 1985, and served in various positions prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 1992. Mr. Hudson is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars. He chairs the board of the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, and serves on the board of the Orthopaedic Hospital Foundation, Red Cross and the Southern California Counseling Center. Mr. Hudson also chairs the Board of the Community Build, Inc. Mr. Hudson is a member of the Executive Committees of the Company and the Bank and is a member of the Loan Committee of the Bank.
